Dynamic pricing andcompetitor monitoringfor e-commerce

Orizonlabs tracks what your competitors charge, updates your prices against rules you set, and sends anything that needs a decision straight to your CRM. Not to another dashboard you have to remember to open.

Escalate

Asks for your approval before any change that falls outside those limits.

You find out late, and late is expensive

Most shops check competitor prices by hand, when someone remembers. The change gets noticed days later, and usually because sales dropped — not because anyone saw the price move.

It stays manual because automating it is harder than it looks. Four things break simple attempts:

The same product has different names.

One pair of headphones can be listed three different ways across four shops, sometimes in different pack sizes. Before you can compare prices, you have to be certain you are comparing the same item.

Prices are not the same for everyone.

They change by region, and sometimes between one visit and the next.

Stock status is unreliable.

Availability flickers between in stock and out of stock often enough that a simple alert would fire constantly.

The competitors that matter most block automated access.

The bigger the shop, the more likely it runs bot protection.

What happens when a competitor changes a price

1

Pair the products

Each of your products is matched to its equivalent at each competitor, and you check the pairs before tracking starts.

2

Watch every 12 hours

Prices and stock are collected from each competitor.

3

Compare against your rules

Orizonlabs works out what your price should be.

Inside your limits

The new price is applied to your shop automatically.

Outside your limits

Nothing changes until you approve it. The request arrives by email or in your CRM with the competitor's move attached.

Nothing outside the limits you set changes without your approval.

All of it runs against your own shop and your own CRM. There is no separate tool to log into.

How the service works

Built by someone who has done this before

Orizonlabs is run by Ricardo Maia. Before starting it, he spent three years at Cybersafe building a threat intelligence platform: a system that watched external sources nobody controlled, worked out which findings mattered, and passed the serious ones to a security analyst through the tools that team already used. He built the platform; the model that scored the findings was a colleague's work.

Escalated the serious ones to an analyst, in the tool that team already usedSends the rest to you, in your CRM

Earlier, as a freelancer, he built a system that tracked where products ranked on Amazon across different search terms and countries, so a client could tell whether their marketing was working. That meant dealing with captchas and bot protection directly. It is the same obstacle this work runs into on day one.

What Orizonlabs does not do

This is engineering, not pricing strategy. You decide the rules: your minimum prices, your margins, how closely to follow each competitor. Orizonlabs builds and runs the system that applies them, and tells you when something happens your rules did not account for.

If your prices are fixed by contract or regulation, none of this will help.

The product being built alongside this

The tracking engine behind this service is also going into Vespion, a self-serve tool for teams who want the monitoring without the integration work. It is still in development and not yet available.

The consulting service exists for what Vespion will not cover: a setup built around one catalogue and connected to the systems that business already runs.
